At the B&B "Alloggio della Posta Vecchia" you will stay in rooms furnished with various period pieces, inside a noble palace from the 1700s You can choose to stay in our historically valuable rooms, with Sicilian majolica floors, with panoramic views of the sea, spacious and cozy, LED TV, air conditioning/heating, nineteenth-century frescoes and exaggerated size, about 35 square meters + private bathroom inside (with shower) or you can choose to stay in our budget rooms, cozy, LED TV, air conditioning/heating size about 15 square meters + bathroom inside the room (with shower) : they don't have a sea view but in a nice glimpse of the old town and have a very affordable rate. A great solution to be able to stay downtown, with the necessary amenities and at an affordable rate - LOCATION: The B&B "Alloggio della Posta Vecchia" is situated in a privileged and quiet location, in the center of the main street of the city of Temples (Via Atenea)   It is surrounded by numerous cafes, typical restaurants and stores of all kinds and is only 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus station The beach of San Leone, the Scala dei Turchi, Porto Empedocle, Siculiana Marina and the Valley of the Temples are easily reached, even by city bus, in only about 15 to 20 minutes WE SUGGEST NOT TO Rely on GPS to reach the B&B: in the historic center it literally goes TILT! Call us and we will be happy to help you (3477508466) - IF YOU ARRIVE ON FOOT from the station you will have to reach Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and continue in the direction of "Via Atenea" until you reach the bar "Milano" walk along Via Atenea until you reach house number 171 at which you will have to turn left into Via Giambertoni and continue about 30 meters until house number 19: you will find the sign of the B&B "Alloggio della Posta Vecchia" on the left side of the street - PARKING (there is no parking inside the B&B but there are numerous convenient solutions nearby - you can arrive at the B&B to load/unload luggage and then go to the parking lots - you will just need to tell us the license plate and model of your car when you arrive at the facility) We suggest parking at the public parking lot in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, which is very central, convenient and inexpensive: on a blue strip it costs about two euros for an entire afternoon and until the next morning (free for several hours during the day, free even at night, free every Sunday, free on holidays) You can also park for FREE along Via Empedocle, a street parallel to Via Atenea (less convenient parking because from Via Empedocle you have to make a steep climb to reach the B&B) SURVIVED PARKING: we have an agreement for only 5, 00 euros per day with the Atenea Pluriplane Parking, located 5 minutes walk from the B&B (Empedocle street 29) IMPORTANT: only on Saturday from 18: 00 to 21: 00 it will not be possible to transit by car or motorcycle on Via Atenea however you can park outside the main street (Via Atenea) and walk a stretch of road (about 400 meters) - CHECK-IN HOURS: from 16: 00 to 19: 30 - CHECK-OUT HOURS: by 11: 00 a. m. IMPORTANT: If you will need to arrive before 4: 00 p. m. you will only need to notify us by phone at least one hour in advance of your scheduled arrival time (no additional charge) If you will need to arrive after 7: 30 p. m. (and no later than 10: 00 p. m.) you must give notice by phone at least 6 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival time (check-in after 7: 30 p. m. is not always possible unless agreed in advance; for such requests there is an additional charge of 10, 00 euros to be added to the total cost of your stay as compensation for the extra work of those who will have to wait outside of business hours) CANCELLATION POLICIES: Changes or cancellations will be accepted free of charge up to 7 days prior to the expected day of arrival; in case of cancellation after this deadline or in case of no-show (no-show) will be charged the full cost of the stay (or retain the deposit paid) STAY TAX: There is a stay tax of 2, 00 euro per person/day for the first 4 nights.
